Rates
-The rates are per house and for the existing beds.
Booking and Cancellation policy:
- -Minimum stay is 3 nights in Summer season
- (unless there is availability between existing bookings).
- -Prices include all expences and taxes.
- -House cleaning and change of linen are provided twice a week (every 3 or 4 days).
- -Free high speed WI-FI in 90% of the house
- -Free aircoditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
- -Free baby cot and baby seat (on request).
Booking and Cancellation policy:
- -A deposit of 30% - 40% of the booking total is required to confirm the booking.
- -The deposit will be fully refunded for a booking cancellation more than 30 days before arrival.
- -The deposit is non refundable for a cancellation of booking less than 30 days before arrival.
- -The balance is due durring the holiday.
- -Non smoking inside the houses
- -Animals are not accepted
- -Minimum stay is 3 nights in Summer season, 4nights in winter seaon
- -Check in time: after 15:00 (otherwise on request).
- -Check out time by 11:00 (otherwise on request).
